The best known outfits in Rock N Roll.
Let's talk about the outfits that were just as legendary as the people who wore them.
To start off I'll post Pete Townshend's Union Jack jacket. ![]() The Beatles were always a "Uniform" act and they wore matching outfits on stage but none of those is more legendary than their Sgt Pepper uniforms. ![]() Peter Gabriel's crazy outfits made early Genesis shows a real happening. But of those, his Fox outfit must have been the most legendary. ![]() When talking outfits I can't leave out Kiss. They had a whole range of crazy outfits for every tour another set. But I'll go with the ones from the "Destroyer" era. Which was when the band was at it's best. ![]()

Ziggy played guitar..........
![]() The Bowie - Ziggy Stardust era costumes were great. You know, when I went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992, they had the gold John Lennon Sgt. Pepper suit, the Gene Simmons winged suit & boots ala Destroyer and they had the Bowie outfit that I just posted.

Who can think of Rory Gallagher without his plaid shirts?
