Watched "Batman Returns" tonight!

I bought it cheap the same time I bought the "Fantastic Four" DVD.

What a "FANTASTIC" movie! That's the way the Batman series should've been treated from the start! They screwed it up with the TV series and kept screwing it up with the earlier Batman movies. Val Kilmer would've made a good Batman if they would've did it like this.
They made the series a parody of itself but finally redeemed the character with this movie.

Hope there is a sequel with the same cast. Is that Tom Cruise's wife as the DA?

If it was Batman Begins, I liked it as well.

Although after the last movie thread I participated in on these forums I am afraid to even leave an opinion on a movie. I will probably get people accusing me of being simple for liking this movie as well.

Movie snobs? Who cares- a movie is just a movie. None of it is real so why take it too seriously?

We're lightweights here! Check the discussion boards on IMDB sometime. Those cats get heated over nothing at all. It's unmoderated, too. So people start throwing MF-bombs around over how many compartments Batman's utility belt had in the 1966 TV series.

Don't hate me because I hated that movie. I really get frustrated with too many action scenes where you have to guess whats supposed to be going on. Did that make sense? I am glad you enjoyed it though.

Pro and cons are welcome.

I didn't have any trouble keeping track of what the film was about but I was able to put it on freeze frame a lot to go to the boys room or whatever.

Ya those forums are insane. But they are pretty amusing to read. You can't take the ratings on there very seriously I find because it seems the angriest people on earth are all regulars on that site hah.
