Anybody goin' to CMA Fest?
I'll be playin' there on Thursday at 1:30pm at the "Family Zone" stage with Little Nashville. I'd love the chance to meet any or all of you!
Just wonderin' if any TDPRI'ers will be around. Thanks! J

Looking at my schedule here... says that I'll be at a club called Fuel at 7:00 P.M. on June 9th for two sets with Jessica Urick & 4Story. I have some prior commitments for that week, but it says here that my mates will be doing scaled-down acoustic shows on June 7 at 2:00 P.M. at New Country Star.com (whatever and wherever the heck that is), and at Lonnie's in Printer's Alley on June 8 at 3:00 P.M.
If the Saturday set does commence at 7:00, it would be the very first time that a Nashville date schedule was correct! I take my Nash Vegas gig time frames with a grain of salt... anyway, enjoy your show, knock 'em dead!

Is that a "Fuel" in Nashville? My memory is hazy about all of the clubs that have come and gone in Buckhead (and will not be revived b/c Robin Loudermilk and others have bought the property to convert it) but I was involved in litigation involving "Fuel" and "Babylon" in Atlanta. Is there another "Fuel" here?

I wish I could make it. However, I may be in Nashville during the Austin NAMM show (if that makes any sense).
Hey Randy, good to see you post. I ain't chatted with you in a while. You'll be in Nashville? Does that mean that your band is touring now? |

Hey Reverbbbbbb!
I'm still coming out to Dallas one day so look out! No we're not touring - Tim's agent in Nashville set him up with this one and I honestly don't know too much about it at this point but we are definietly not touring. You know I could never leave Delta! Ha!

Randy's a great player. And he is truely modest about his great playing too. If you get to watch him, you'll enjoy his casual but skillful approach to those rapid fire licks. I still ain't got a clue, even though I still try.
You folks have some good ol' fashioned FUN! |

http://www.fuelsecondavenue.com/ If you click on "schedule" and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see a photo of the front person that I'll be working with. I did a show there a few months back. Nice room, and I was highly impressed with the sound tech.
