Vacuum Tubes

My mother-in-law has a stash of old vacuum tubes in her basement. They look to be spares that her husband kept on hand. She is in the process of cleaning the basement and it occurred to me that they may be valuable or at least useful/desirable to guitarist and audiophiles.

I know nothing about them. I play through a Roland Cube-30.

Does anyone know of a good resource where I could learn more about what she has and if anyone could use them? She would be tickled if someone out there could use them and would be thrilled if she actually got a few bucks for them.
