is anyone into RBlackmore?

I posted some time ago about "Lazy" and whether he's using a wah on that one, but didn't get an answer...

Cool tune with some incredible playing by Richie. I used to have a 72 Monte Carlo with a Craig Quad 8 track. That deep purple tape was one of my fav's. I read somewhere he uses an old reel to reel tape deck as a pre-amp and that's where her get's that killer ( along with incredible technique & talent ) tone. So, I can't answer with correct knowledge, just what I've read. Hiway Star used to just floor me also!
