60s Tele &champ 600 or 60s strat &blues junior

Well my parents have told me I could either get the 60s Strat and Blues Junior or the 60s Tele and champ 600. Should I get the Tele and champ 600 and get a blues junior at a later date or should i get the 60s strat and get the blues junior?

Decide based on the guitar you'd prefer.

Wow. Generous parents! Very cool indeed!!! I'd strongly suggest getting to a guitar store and trying them out. The one you are meant to have will make itself known... I promise! That goes for the amp too...

I concour with the above suggestions. Go to the nearest guitar shop and play both , you'll know after a while. Both guitars can cross over to a lot of different styles , Although the Tele is a bit more flexible in my opinion. Then again I would choose the Blues Jr. over the champ 600 in a heartbeat , I love my Blues Jr.

Pick the guitar you like best...and let the rest of the chips fall where they may.

Strat & Blues Junior (my vote)

Silly question perhaps buy why did they pair the "Strat & Blues Junior" and then the "Tele & Champ 600".

I like the bigger amp with reverb and if I had only one electric, I would lean toward a Strat for all the tone combinations.

But again; why the specific amp & guitar pairing?

Oh yah......tell your parents that you love them. For real little dude.

Get the Strat and the Blues Junior. The guitars are comparable, but when you get together and jam with some friends, guitarist playing loud and a hard-hitting young drummer, since you are young I'm going to assume your friends will play loud, you won't be heard with the Champion but the Blues Jr will be able to hang in there.
