Hmm the Jm looks a bit dodgy, the body looks a bit new, that chrome sure doesn't look 40+ year old to me..... maybe a relicd Ri body with a vintage neck?

I would tend to agree, but that amp is real, and in great shape... so whoever had it took care of it... so the guitar may just have been very well cared for too????

Its real but the seller tune O matic is very well known around here and other forums. What he does is assemble guitars from several vintage parts and sells them. Sometimes he also does sell all original ones too. He will probably jump into this thread and say I'm full of it but we all know what he does.

Just a thought , but if the amp has beige covering wouldn't it have a brown faceplate and cream knobs ?

Happy to be corrected.

It looks to be re-tolexed to me. Look at the right top corner (not fitted very well) and the way the back panel is tolexed in the holes. It doesn't look "factory" to me.

Looks sort of like a Jaguar with 3 pickups, but I guess the shape isn't quite right?

The amp looks like it's on the level-the late blondies had blackface knobs and faceplates.
