you and your gear - post pics!

Hey guys, I know there was a thread recently about band pictures, but I'd like to see some shots of us with our gear. Could be full band, solo, whatever, let's see 'em! I'll start with a few new ones....

(these photo's taken by Nate Umstead http://www.flickr.com/photos/numstead/ )

That's also the guitar I built from a Saga kit, it sounded great!

I've got 23 guitars and 5 amps, plus a lot of recording equipment and effects, but here's some of it:

Main guitar, a 2006 Ampeg Dan Armstrong (I have a 1970 one, as well):

Main amps:
2006 Marshall JCM 2000 DSL 50 head/1960A cabinet and 1992 Ampeg VL-502 head and cab:

Me with my black Epi Dot Studio:

My Epi Les Paul:

I have 7 Teles, the main ones being my '72 Deluxe RI and my '72 Custom RI. I also have 5 Strats, an SG, an Epi Dot and others.

Thanks. I feel lucky to have all of it, and I take none of it for granted. I love even my "low end" Squiers and Epis. The most I have spent on a guitar was $1,400 for my Dan Armstrong RI, and that was only because I just HAD to have a new one, since I also have a '70 original, and it is my fave of all time. Here's a couple more below. I need to upload some more of my Tele and band pics.

Epi SG:

1988 Paisley Fender Strat:

Some effects:

The gear

This shot shows the set-up that has gone through a thousand gigs with me: an early Highway 1 Tele, with Kinmans and a Bigsby, and my Music Man 1x12 with a Weber Michigan in it.

Well ... as You can see from the pics, I could spend some money on some new clothes & a haircut and a shave (and a proper digital camera ...), but that'd leave me with less money for guitars ... :

My two favourites for the moment (well, all my guitars are my favourites, but If i HAD to choose at gunpoint .... You know what I mean... ) ...

Custom Shop Thinline :

Furch OM-34SR :

Family album : Colleczione ...

How About Me & My Gear Hauler???

The only pics I have of me actually playing on a stage are from 1969 and I have not seen them since my last move (probably for the best). Here is one from a few years back getting ready to split for a gig in Louisiana with my last venerable VW Van (a '73 with a '75 Engine).

It was an acoustic gig and here is my weapon of choice - my 1960 Gibson J-200.
