Anyone for a free show at the RYMAN?!?

Well, the big media blitz started today on the whole Colgate Showdown (www.countryshowdown.com)...and subsequently, being one of the finalists, I thought I'd see if anyone wanted to join in and scream for (or at me) that night at Nashville's historical RYMAN AUDITORIUM!

TIX ARE FREE!!!! and available by calling (615)321-5130 (and from what they tell me, they move fast)k

They're gonna ask who you're there to see and of course you reply, "J Juliano! He's the man!"

Oh...and if you go to the Contestants' Bio/Audio Page, you can hear an MP3 of one of the tunes I'll be playing. It's an original called "Play Some Skynyrd". I'll also be performing Charlie Daniel's "Devil Went Down To Georgia" and play all of Charlies fiddle parts on the Esquire.

So, I figured this is as good of a reason as any to take an evening out and visit the original home of the Grand Ole Opry...the Church of Country Music...and support a TDPRI brother while you're at it!

Thanks everybody! Hope to see y'all there!!
J

Man, you've got a tough row to hoe going up against 4 hot girls!

The song is really cool, I hope you kick some butt. Are you playing to backing tracks, or with a band, or what?

Thanks, y'all. We're all pretty excited over here right now.

Eryque...I'll be playing to a live band. Band leader is legendary harmonica guy, Charlie McCoy...so it's really something special!

Oh...yeah, that does make it challenging. But I do plan to shave my legs and wear a mini-skirt. I mean, if you think that may help.

Or I can just let my sidekick do that part.

Seriously, as I talked about a while back...it's a challenge anyway due to the age difference between me and my competition. Heck...I could be all of their...er...older brother!
