Like my Bass?

Heh.. I got back from a weeks vacation in the north woods.. had a great time.

Pic 1.. is a shot from the backyard... about 7am...

Pic 2 is a pic of said bass... Well.. actually.. wasn't mine.. was the wifes.. but she doesn't bait hooks.. or remove the fish from them.. she just casts and catches... One of the many fish we caught during the week... Didn't keep any of them.. Sent them all back to be caught again... Even though most are good eating...

Err... I'm home!!!

Alternate title... "Kiss my Bass"?!?

Here issa bass I caught whence I waz yer age. 10 pounds of thrill.

My brudder-in-law wassa afraid as I waz tew pull the Hula Popper outta that huge mouth. Our fists wood go in at the same time HEE! HEE!

I luv me sum bass fishin!! Its the onlee fishin I dew.

Baldin ain't fair. My youngest son has tew deal with it as well as my udder tew sons dew. It jes ain't fair fer mudder nature tew dew this tew good folks sew young. Keep that good smile and folks won't care and the bass (or bass guitar) won't neither.

Thanx fer the great pick-chure. It makes me wanna go grab my tackle and head on out tew the pond.

That's a damn fine piece of bass there Fuzzy! I have caught loads of fish in my meager 33 years.. but nuttin.. I mean nuttin.. that big... Caught some nice big trout before.. but they aren't as much fun as bass.. Once they take yer bait, they nose dive for the bottom..

The lake I was on also had loads of Musky.. I was half temped to try for one.. but.. well.. that wouldn't have been much fun for the wife..

Thanks for the pic from you... Makes me wanna go back out fishing too!

When I read the thread title I thought I was gonna be smart and say "I was hoping to see a fish!" You beat me to it! Nice one.

I don't get to fish much anymore. Too little extra time, and no easy access. I miss it. I love all the great lightweight equipment that came around in the 80's. It made catching smaller fish so much more fun.
