It sold within 3 hours of a relist, coimcidentally to the Italian buyer's friend in the USA. Funny thing is, now I've modified the terms so that I'm waiting for a bank wire transfer from Italy, but my contract is within the USA... A bit screwy, but this way I avoid the steep Paypal fees, and the money transfer (while not instant) is subject to banking regulations whereas Paypal is not. Once the money is transferred to my account, it can't be disputed like it could be if payment were made by Paypal. Upon clearing of funds, I ship to his friend, and they can do whatever they want. I'm satisfied, and he ultimately gets a nice guitar.
By the way, I wish to state here that I DO sell internationally, and am better off for it. The problem occurred when the buyer tried to force me into a high risk situation. We worked things out, and everybody is placated.
