They showed people jumping out and one guy who tried to climb down to save himself but lost hold of whatever he was using.

Wow, was this on before? It graphically shows how ill-prepared the firefighters were for a fire on the upper floors.

I know everybody likes to cast blame on government agencies, but, seriously, I can't imagine how you could even begin to plan for a disaster of that magnitude.

I just watched one of the conspiracy documentarys. Just too many strange things to think that it was a government/big business conspiracy.

It seems like they wouldn't even have been able to stop an arsonists fire up there in those towers. They were saying that it would take firemen three hours to climb the stairs to where those flames were at.

I also meant to comment on how the aviation agencies were not prepared for the hijackings. They had a hard time keeping the facts straight with each other and the military.

Everyone should watch this special and think about how the steps that the airlines are taking are necessary even though they're inconvienient to us.

don't have cable so didn't see it.

However, if the Madrid train bombings were 911 days after 9/11, another 911 days from that is Sept. 9 this year.

If you watch it it might make you think that those guys are capable of tying something else noone but they have thought of. After all, we've been reading about millions of people coming over the Mexican border. They might have come over be right there in your hometown waiting for the right time.

Scenario 1: the Feds secretly sabotage the WTC buildings and plant explosives. Highly secret, highly organized and efficient.

Scenario 2: 19 guys slip past INS, go to flight school, learn to fly, and pull off 9/11, while our intelligence is asleep at the switch and ignoring warning signs. Lazy, disorganized and ineffective.

I find Scenario 2 much easier to believe.
