Any experience with activemusician.com?

I just had my first experience with the vendor, and it's been good in some ways, not-so-good in others. First, I'm not affiliated with the vendor in any way. Here's the story...

I asked on here for recommendations for a 3/4 scale pink electric for my niece. Thanks for all your recommendations. I decided on the J Reynolds, looked a bit like a pink Epi LP Jr. (One humbucker, vol & tone pots) and it came. Upon inspection, there was a crack running from the neck pocket through the top strap button. I called to ask for an RMA and a replacement.

They've been very cooperative but they don't have any more of this in stock. I'm a little bummed because my niece's b-day on Saturday, and she only asked me for one thing, a pink electric guitar. Suggestions?
