Still at a gig..........

...and it's 7:30AM. I've locked my keys in the bleedin' car. The hotel let me kip in a spare room since I didn't want to wake up my family in the middle of the night, and I've just found this internet access point. So while I wait for my wife to rescue me on her way to work in an hour or so I'll complain to you people.
If she knew about all the cute girls on their Christmas party outing last night who kept kissing us band members she'd probaby leave me stranded here. It was a wonderful gig...until I tried to leave and realised where my car keys were.
Karma, maybe?

It's worth it.
Actually, at the end of the gig when we wanted to stop and they kept clamouring for more songs I sat down and told them that I refused to play any more unless I got more kisses. I then got nearly smothered by several inebriated young women.
So, yes...I deserve it.

Do you have something like AAA in Ireland?

They've saved me more times than I can remember.

Too funny!

I meant this Triple A Emergency Road Service

Sorry for the confusion! Here in the states if you are a member they will show up and jimmy your car open.

They have the AA here. I'll have to ask around and see what people think of it out here.

Unless you're saying the rest of the band was even dumber than your drummer , that joke might work better worded this way:
