Austin radio station + help identifying Texas music song
I just wanted to let everyone in the Austin area know about Lonestar 99.3 FM if you don't already. The signal is pretty weak and the reception isn't that great on the south side of town, but they play a good mix of music.
On a similar note, I heard a song on there yesterday but they didn't give any information on it. The chorus was something to the effect of "I don't make a record if I ain't got nothing to say." One verse was about Waylon, one verse was about how all the horny housewives just want to hear Tim McGraw and the male singers are just Chippendale's dancers trying to dance for the CMAs. Does anyone know who the artist is for this song?

I'm been diggin' that station for a few weeks now. Sumpin tells me we will have hell to pay when they finally get some ads sold - will probably have to listen to commercials for hours for them to make up the dough....
heard a commercial this morning for the first time on this channel, was for the Coast Guard. i like the song about 'if it wasn't for horses and divorces i'd be a rich man today'. that's pretty good cadence... |
