I play on Party Poker as well, but just for play money. It has helped my game immensely. I started out just playing hold 'em, but I've recently got into Omaha and 7 Card Stud. I'm still trying to get the hang of the high-low games too (where you win for having the worst hand). That's a little hard to get used to.
There are so many sites out there and everybody seems to recommend a different one (Empire Poker, Poker Stars, Paradise Poker, etc). I'm interested in playing for real money online, but am a little leery. It would be a little too easy to have your money disappear. My wife would probably kill me if I started online gambling. LOL. If you're ever on Party Poker, I'm GeyserJVA. |
