Zolpidem didn't work.

Woke up about an hour later, ate 2 hot dogs and tortillas with hot sauce.

You have a brain disorder and are taking an hypnotic drug?

You have an eating disorder and have to ingest massive snacks in the night?

Get some exercise to make yourself tired, take some warm milk or Ovaltine (etc), not caffeine, to keep your tummy happy shortly before retiring.
Treat the root cause by dealing with it calmly and logically, probably some mild anxiety niggling at you.

Are you saying your hot dog intake is suffering?

For me it's - every day is a different gig/ routine, different wake time, usually sleep through the day in this type of the music biz- hard to regulate- diphenhydramine hcl I'm trying to taper off. Add to that crazy wet and cold weather to allergic rhinitis, and bad mold in my 1800's house....

Right now I'm suffering nasty sinusitis and bronchitis, listening to constant hammering and sawing next door preparing for tenants all day long.

Either way, I still have to be "on" once I'm onstage. It's a helluva way to live and you miss out on a lot of normalcies others take for granted.

So today the doc prescribed me Ambien to get me off the huge amounts of diphenhydramine i have to take. So, took another, still nothing...(please do not take more than the prescribed dose unless recommended by your doctor.)

You'll know when it works, because you'll eat all that stuff without waking up first.

I know several people who have had bad side effects from that stuff. One person got so depressed they were nearly suicidal (after being on it a week), and the other person had an actual psychotic reaction, hallucinations and everything, also after being on it for a while. On top of that, the stuff's addictive, even moreso than the Benedryl you used to take. I have developed an almost paranoid mistrust of doctors and pharmaceutical companies. Hope you get better results than my friends did.

I ate a red savina pepper whole once. I've been know to break fashion rules. ...wear woman coats to testosterone events. I pierced my ear with a boy scout pin at 11, and I can personally attest to to the colonic cleansing madness of the lemon juice maple syrup cleanse. I proved that garlic is a levitating fuel, and that turtles are paparazzi microphones.

I'd suggest going to a naturopath/herbalist/Chinese medicine practitioner and get off the chemicals before you start having meaningful conversations with your wallpaper.

Try an antihistamine pill for the rhinitis/sinusitis, "summer catarrh" can be triggered by many things once sensitised: wood dust and mould spore included, not just pollen.

Zolpidem- generic Ambien

Hot Dogs - chicken

Diphenhydramine HCL. - Benadryl

Mold - Many harmful species, including Nikki Minaj.

Fact: 20mg of Ambien ineffective for me as a sleep inducer, and nothing out of the ordinary besides being hungry one hour after taking. Negligible grogginess, hence my report. Do not take any medications over or under the counter without the consent of your Dr.

Hot sauce and tortillas - Like the Death Star, a great buffer for enduring a bureaucratic pharmacological agenda, but must be combined with pant-suits and long flowing scarves.

The funny thing is I haven't drunk for years. The craziest I get on Saturday night is a real Pepsi-Cola.
