Wow, what a find. We have had some big ones found down here over the years. Ballarat's been a gold mining area for 140 years or more. A lot of guys came from California when gold was discovered in Ballarat around 1860ish. It's an interesting town & worth a visit.

Is that like how Pluto isn't a planet anymore? Cuz I remember there being 7 continents (or 6 if you don't split North and South America, and maybe 5 if you don't count Antarctica), and Asia wasn't two of them.

Looks like someone gold plated a fish tail. Probably wants a reality show.
BTW - Pacific Rim - Australiasia Australasia is a region of Oceania comprising Australia, New Zealand, the island of New Guinea, and neighbouring islands in the Pacific Ocean. The term was coined by Charles de Brosses in Histoire des navigations aux terres australes

Australasia is a region, okay. A continent, no. Every list of continents I've seen shows Australia being one, even if Europe or Asia or North/South America or Antarctica aren't individually.
I guess I should have interpreted "Asia" to mean "Asia and surrounding Pacific landmasses regardless of continental association"
