We've seen that one here before. It looks like a Klein, or ovation breadwinner, or an ergonomic guitar. I like the way it looks.

I used to have an Ovation Breadwinner that was much the same shape, useless if you were sat down with it on your knee but well balanced when stood up using a strap...
