I've had a bagel and some pineapple slices. Later, I think I'll have another bagel, because we haven't gone grocery shopping yet. For dinner I'll probably be having some kind of meat and potatoes concoction.

Oh plan. Well I have the ingrediants for red beans and rice so I'll be giving that a try later. Lunch is probably hot dogs. And I have a small bag of jelly beans I'll probably finish off today.

Bacon eggs and toast for breakfast. I'm not having lunch, but will be frying some fresh black grouper up for dinner. We'll have some caribbean rice and fried bananas to go with it all chased down with a bloody beer.

Pancakes with real maple syrup and french pressed coffee for breakfast. A cup of tea later, then leftover ham fried with leftover mashed potatoes and warmed up sweet potato and turnips with apple cider vinegar for lunch.

For breakfast, I had a bacon and blue cheese burger.
I couldn't eat it last night. I'm glad I saved it. And coffee.

I've made my first homemade raviolis this morning, spinash ricotta and veal tomato sauce with couple of glasses of red Bordeaux. Nice sunday lunch.

Breakfast : Roasted Rye bread with meat pate.

Lunch : Rye bread with more meat pate/sausages

Dinner : Ham with grainy pasta, peas and a salad.

I am a diabetic so I cant eat any white bread , white pasta , white rice carrots etc and the obvious sweets. Also , no milk and very little butter , eggs and cheese.

For the last month I have been off any meds , and only regulate sugar levels and cholesterol level by how I eat........A major succes for me , and my Doc cant believe it !

Life is still good , having a glass of Ripasso atm with my wife , LOL...

I had bacon, eggs, grits and coffee. I always give my dog some egg. She looks rather disappointed when I eat just oatmeal. ;)
