What's your favourite time of day
I've been on this forum now for a year and this will be the first time I've started a thread. Mine is the early evening when I go for my delousing session as I call it. I just love my shower and once I've turned the water on and adjusted the temperature as I get under the spray I close my eyes and do all the wetting down. Then open them again to get a palm full of shower gel then they stay closed again until I've actually finished showering and then I turn the water off. this is my nightly ceremonial ritual. What's your favourite time of your day ?....

When I was single, my favorite time was between 1 and 6am. I got so much thinking, reading, playing and other stuff done when the rest of the world was asleep. My 2nd favorite time was going to bed at 6am....

I generally hit the ground running around 4 AM. I am definitely a morning person.
Being retired as well, I usually play guitar 4 seperate times a day for an hour or more now and I enjoy that. Really I enjoy all day every day but my favourite time is one minute before dawn when I realize I have again arrived for another day on the right side of the sod. |

Actually I really enjoy dusk on the rare occasions I get to see it as I am a 3rd shifter.

Whether it's for a nap or for the night, I love those few moments I lay down before I fall asleep. Knowing I'm about to fall asleep, my whole existence becomes warmed by a blanket of tranquility.

Gotta agree with Westerly Sunn. "Quittin' Time" is one of my favorite times.
I ususally have 3-4 weekends every week, so on my days off, it's usually after breakfast, when me and the dog go for a walk. It's very calming and quiet. I get some good thinking done then. |
