In addition the now well established and much loved DADDY'S SUNDAY CIRCUS (second sunday of every month at the Pleasure Unit, Bethnal Green) Daddy Long Legs now bring you THINKY TURSDAY

THINKY THUSDAY happens every other Thursday, upstairs at the Old Queens Head on Essex Road (nearest tube Angel) and continues the theme of nonsensical trivia, musical quizery and quality live musical shennanigans in between rounds.

The second THINKY THURSDAY happens this week Thursday 28th July), is FREE FOR ALL and will feature, three rounds of fiendish musical brain-testing. On the live side, the charming FRANKY will be playing some songs, as will YOUR'S TRULY. Finally for this week we have the tremulous and majestic HEXICON www.bunkeronthehill.com/to round things of with a big warm and fuzzy amalgamation of guitars, beards, impeccable harmonies and A FRENCH HORN!

This magical, musical night kicks off at 8, entrance is free. COME! win GLITTERING PRIZES in a beautiful room, with beautiful barstaff, fantastic DJs and some of the best live music London has to offer.

hi, just to let you know - i got a bit confused between b.a. maracas and captain gorgeous there for a minute (they're both me, i just had to start a new account cos my original email address is being withdrawn...) anyways i've laid b.a. maracas to rest for good now. he will bother you no more.

any london tdpri-ers fancy coming to be quized, tested and entertained? i'll be playing a couple of solo numbers on my trusty tele. the reason i'm doing it that way and not all with an acoustic is that i wanted to do "still crazy after all these years" fingerpicked on my acoustic but i couldn't reach the really high notes comfortably so i tuned it down to D. so now i'm going to have to switch to tele-power for the rest of my songs. we'd ordinarily have our full band (daddy long legs) AND the fabulous tacticians running the show but due to EVERYOBODY ELSE being away on holidays i'm running the whole do-da on my jack jones...
