I'd worry. Many of my thoughts are harsh and ice-picky, not meant for expression outside my head.

Does this mean that when I walk into bar some guys goner come up ,put a headband on my head and tell me to stop thinking about his girlfriend or he will hit me .

I don't think that will be a problem for you, since all the other guys will be thinking the same thing, your thought will get lost in the background noise.

Somebody let Jason Becker know, he, like Hawking, has ALS and is unable to talk.

Becker communicates using a chart with letters where his eyes point and an interpretative, his father, to spell out and speak out loud what he's trying to say, Becker would greatly benefit from that technology.
