Dweezil Zappa did a medley in '90s of similar vein. With a whole band.
They perform it here on some Peavey anniversary party with "peaveyfied" lyrics and all.

He made some interesting choices. Some very famous riffs by some of the biggest bands in the history of rock and roll are not included, but he includes a number of rather obscure ones.
Great playing though, and hey, did you notice all the different tones that he got out of his gear? He didn't sound the same on everything. This is a great video for all the guys who say "no matter what gear I use, I always sound the same."

I thought about counting but I was too late in the clip. I only know the Grateful Dead tune Scarlett Begonias from the Sublime version (which I thought was them till I did some research).
