Hey You Hosers, Drop Your Back Bacon And Check This Out!

Picked this up yesterday. Still has the Bob and Doug merch form ( filled out by a gal from Seminole, OK ). I listened to this tape so much when I was kid I wore the tape out. I love " The Beerhunter " skit.

They were great, I recall the bit about the Space Shuttle arm being manufactured in Canada. Also, impossible to pronounce "about" like they do.

About .... Aboot ... About .... Aboot

Nope, we don't pronounce both words the same way.

Going off to have an Elsinore lager now.

I lived in Prince George, BC.
Local rumor was that the brewery scenes were done
at PG's Pacific Western.
Guess I'll check that out.
Take RIGHT off, eh!

Yep, they started off on SCTV.
Except for the nights the Russian Network overwhelmed their bandwidth, then they were on 3CP TV.

I always liked SCTV more than SNL. Guess I'm a hoser at heart!

Edith Prickly, Guy Caballero, Johnny Larue. That show was the best.

The story is that the network came down on the producers for not having enough "Canadian content" in their program, as mandated by the government. So this is what they answered them with.

Beauty, eh?
