Actually, I thought Sam Ash bought Thoroughbred.
Mars wasn't sold to MF, it was liquidated. Fender doesn't own Gretsch. I may be wrong, but I think CBS bought Rogers, not Fender. Personally, I like the SWR acquisition. It'll improve the service network.
