Cub was a good friend of mine back in Mi.I lived in Adrian and he and his band(The Deltinos)along with my band The Monx played the Coca Club almost every other week.Cub hung at my house and spent the night once and awhile as we played guitar all night and went to Aldrich Music Store the next day.He was a super nice guy short in stature but big on kindness and passion for music,especially guitar and guitar players.I'd guess Cub was between 5ft 5 and 5ft 7.It had been over 15 yrs since I had seen him when I heard of his untimely passing.All of us that knew Cub loved Cub.His glasses and his REAL smile are unforgettable as was his talent and HIS PASSION.Thanks for reminding me and others about Cub.He IS missed. ALSO,my life long friend and fellow guitar player Don Ables of the HESITATIONS did a live album with Cub and the Hesitations.It sounds great.I'm sure you can purchase it somewhere.
