Joe Neri - Sedona, Arizona

Hi All. I've been out of touch and off the TDPRI for a few months, making some dramatic changes in my life, all for the good.

Moved out of LA in January and bought a home in the mountains in Clarkdale, AZ (about 20 miles out of Sedona and just down the road from Jerome). 3,400 people in the town...no traffic lights and very few street lights! But lots of coyotes and javalinas!

Opened a bookstore earlier ths month in Sedona. Culmination of a couple of years of planning and soul-searching. Things are going well and my wife and I are enjoying the dramatic change of pace.

I finally have time to get back to playing a little guitar. So if there are any TDPers here in north central Arizona, or if any of you come passing by, let me know.

If anyone wants to email me, best to do so at joeneri@esedona.net. And check out our website at www.wellredcoyote.com.

Good to hear from ya!

Congratulations on making the great escape out of LA-something we talk about daily, but can't do right now.
Are the blues dawgs still gonna play out here at all?

Best wishes for a successful venture, and pace yourself inhaling all of that clean, fresh air. You don't want to overload your system too quickly! ;-)

A Bajillion Stars

Never knew the sky could be so dark and yet so bright with stars!

Blues Dawg is working on replacing me (ha ha) and should be back in the clubs soon. Larry's still misbehavin' with his collection of Teles and tele-clones!

Hey Joe, Welcome back

I know that area well. I used to quail hunt the area and do some fishing in the Verde river when I lived in Flagstaff. Hiked Oak Creek Canyon at least once a month.

Pretty nice weather year round.

Good luck with the new store and enjoy

Hope You Are Well, Greg...

...and happy in your new location, too. I remember (and still envy) those two guitars you made that you brought to the jam last summer.
