I love both. I understand not liking a band, but I never understood the "is better than" stance on music. It's far too subjective to measure and it' s the best way to keep yourself from finding good music.

For the record, I dig the Raconteurs stuff more than the White Stripes stuff.

Good catch! I admit that my fondness for the Black Keys is enhanced a bit because I found out they're from Akron. I still root for the home town heroes... even if they were in diapers while I was a NE OH resident.

I'm just annoyed I didn't see them in a little club a few years ago when they were working those rooms. Now it's hockey arenas and sub-$100 seats.

Not getting the morphing the OP mentioned...
