That is a cool neighbourhood. Congratulations.

I can already picture the two of you sitting on a couple of chairs out under that awning, with the sound of Telecasters echoing down those empty streets, causing the townfolk to come and gather.

The space under that awning could become the coolest place in town.

A buddy of mine used to rent an old building similar to yours years ago in the small town we grew up in and was fun to go hang out there.
