blood type diet
Anybody into this diet ? My girlfriend is getting into this book about eating correctly for your specific blood type for optimum health. One of those things that seems to make alot of sense but also could be complete nonsense. Just wondering if anyone here is taking this adventure. Looks like I'm about to :) .

I've been thinking about it
I have a couple of friends who are doing that Eating Right for your Blood Type thing and they are losing weight, having more energy, etc.
My take is that it has more to do with the Eating Right than the Blood Type bit of the program. Once you get on any sort of diet, or actually start paying attention to what you stuff down that hole in the middle of your face, you should see some results. That being said, I think my wife is getting the book too, and I too will be trying it.

I took a peak at the book and it advised that I should avoid wheat and pork (+ other stuff that I don't need to go into detail about). Funny thing is, I don't digest pork all that well and I have a wheat allergy. I eat as little of that stuff as I can and I feel great. By the way, I'm O+
