How about "You Really Got Me" by the Kinks.

Also, some punked up versions of old pop tunes usually work well too, especially Beatles stuff. You could punk/garage out:
I Saw her Standing There
Long Tall Sally
Roll Over Beethoven

I also used to do a garage rock type version of Walking On Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves that usually got people moving pretty well.

How about an Oasis song?
Maybe "Supersonic" or "Morning Glory".

"Dirty Water" by the Standells
Some Social Distortion would be nice, too.

"Substitute" by the Who is also a rockin song and folks like it because hardly anyone plays it as a cover.

"There she Goes" is a good Velvet Underground tune.

"Driver 8" R.E.M.
