Should I have got it?

I posted this in the Bass forum a couple of weeks ago and got no replies. Let me try here....

I'm playing more bass than guitar lately, and even though I'm very happy with my 94 MIM P-bass with a BL P-46 (sweet!!!), you know that we need more than one bass!!!!!

This interesting creature brought my attention during a boring afternoon at the cubicle jungle, and after some research, I almost bided on it.

YAMAHA ATTITUDE SPECIAL

I have no idea what the winner's max bid was [Now I know it was $225], but I was willing to at least play… Then, my wife, who works 30 feet from me, came over my box and "had a talk" about it…

What do you guys think? Did I miss anything????

It must sound pretty good, and I'll bet it plays nice too. But it sure is ugly. Keep looking.
