Gee i didn't know there was a backdoor ...lol...i came in through an old email reply ...i got a rude email the other day and sent it back to Paul, i guess that's when the hack hit ....why???? what is the gain ???

Well, apparently someone thought it would be funny to shut this site down, and cause inconvenience for thousands of people. Also, I bet it will cost alot of money to fix. Finally, there's a good chance someone else now has all of our personal information and passwords.

What other info would this jerk be able to get to by hi-jacking the forum?

I was telling a friend of mine about this and told me about the same thing happening to a forum that he's a memeber of. He said that they had to abandon the site altogether and build a new one from scratch....just start over....which costs a lot of money.

I know that Paul has to be furious right now. And I know that he's probably working harder than we can imagine to restore the site, and to take action against the hacker.

If there's going to be a financial burden to fix the site, or build a new one, I'll certainly do what I can to help.

Well, all the info we submitted in order to register; real names, email and isp addresses, real address, passwords...I don't remember what all it was, but I'm sure I don't want some juvenile creep to have it.
