Start 194.3lbs

Today 192.8

Loss 1.5lbs

Heading in the right direction IF at a crawl.

The good news is that I was at 197 shortly before the "Club" began so I have actually lost 4.2lbs since I noticed the issue back in 2011. I write this because I need all the encouragement I can get!

That's mostly due to a nasty Zombie death stomach flu I had over the weekend. Not the way to lose weight, but I intend to hold the line.

I am 6'3'', and weigh about 255. I would like to weigh about 215. I got down to 203 one time, but I felt like I was starving constantly.

A loss of a measly 4 ounces this week. In fact, it's probably not a 'loss' as such, just natural fluctuation.
One things for sure; this thread is actually motivating me to weigh myself each week and to be aware of what I need to do.

Gentlemen. I've been on a bit of a weight loss thing since the start of December. then I was 265 (I'm 6ft4). In 2004 I got down to 195 pounds. this time around I'd like to stick below 220.

7th Feb 2012 - 252lbs.

Down 12 lbs in 2 weeks.
I play hockey 4-5 times a week

diet wise, Ive cut out sweets. no cookies, cakes, pies or fast foods.
I eat smaller meals and cut way back on carbs.
I start out my mornings that I play hockey with a protien skake, for lunch a simple chicken or turkey samich, a salad or both. For dinner i have a small steak, pork chop or chicken with a veggie and red potatoes.

Ok, I'm in. I've been trying to stay under 1000 calories per day. I'm about 4 years shy of my father's age when he died of a heart attack. I had my annual physical this week. 5' 11" 191 lbs (down from 215). My cholesterol was 130, bp 106/70 (about half of where they were). I'm really motivated now. I'm looking to get down to 165.
