Holiday Bargains...(DGattonC)

Went to the the local CD Trader yesteday to pick up some holiday gifts for the family. Great selection of new and used CD's at good prices. Got Pat Benetar's greatest hits for my niece (seems like late 20 year olds have discovered classic rock) , Led Zeppelin and Prince for the Mrs., Linkin Park for the teenager...then look around for something for me. Find a copy of Cruisin'Deuces (in the blues section, guess they don't know how to classify Mr. Gatton) for the exorbitant price of $3.99. Well, I used to have this album when it was first issued but then it was stolen when my truck was broken into. Listened to it on the way in to work today and remembered what a great album it is. Great album, fantastic price. Gonna head back next week as they had some used Jeff Beck and Roy Buchanan as well.
Hope you all have as much fun holiday shopping as I did yesterday! and a very Merry time on the 25th.

Very cool. I love that album. That's the best version of Harlem Nocturne. Tragedy is beautiful, too, but Danny said it was a pain to record. Must have been that Strat he used. :D

I wish Danny had done a holiday album, but we can't have everything. I do have an mp3 of him playing "Blue Christmas"
