That's pretty cool....

A question I've always wondered though, is if you donate a guitar to charity you obviously get a write-off for the value of the guitar- but if you buy it back from the auction, do you get a double write-off?

....nice to know that someone THAT powerful has an equally powerful HEART. I admire the guy and I respect
him for buying back his Epiphone - we ALL know regardless of Tony's success in the world that losing the
Epiphone could have spritually killed him.
Someone - maybe a lotta someones said that a Guitar is
just a tool - well I respectfully and TOTALLY disagree.

When you buy items from charities, you can only write off any amount you pay above the market value of the item.
