Great to go 2 up at home.

Today's game was a bit more...normal perhaps? One thing about this Red Sox team is that they never make things easy for themselves or their fans. I expect Pedro to pitch a memorable game next outing, maybe to leave his stamp on World Series history, maybe to advertise his skills (I don't expect the Sox will hold on to him) but still, a sweep is unlikely.

For all the Red Sox fans of long standing - is it just me or is it that this series with the Cardinals just doesn't have the same urgency, the same titanic life or death struggle, the same profound influence on your winter months, as a series with the Yankees? It isn't an anti-climax, it's just I approach this with a certain calmness. Perhaps the zen book I have been reading is an influence, but no matter. This has been a month that as a 3rd generation Red Sox fan my family and I will remember forever.

Six games. [/i]

How do You defeat a Team that won 105 regular-season
Games after committing 8 errors ??????
We have been extremely fortunate to escape with these
Victorys in Games One and Two...
I am extremely nervous and feeling tremendous anxiety,
then again I've got people coming to look at The House
in a few hours so maybe that's it.....
What a coup it would be to be in Dixie before a significant
SnowStorm blankets the North East 8) .

I don't know,I'd say Buckner was better at first than
Papi."One strike away..... a ground ball to Ortiz...."
