wireless guitar & wireless headphone ?

Anybody know of any decent system that does both and is still affordable ? I play in our church services and they have started using in ear monitors, everybody has a seperate monitor control for personalized mixing. So now my guitar is plugged in and you're wearing headphones. Too many cords you keep stepping on :( .

So I thought wireless is the way to go. Wireless guitar systems are there plenty. what about wireless headphone monitoring systems ? And since i am considering both, isn't there a package availble somewhere that does both, i mean... when you play wireless you do so to be able to move around more freely, so it would make sense if you could have wireless monitor headphones too, right?

I just haven't seen anything sold as a package that does both. what do you guys do and how do you use the wireless systems ?
