Bengals Sign T.O.

Cinci drinks the Kool-Aid and brings in Terrell Owens (soon to be known as Ocho-Uno). Bengals fans: prepare for a season with a smooth start and a rough finish - sorta like putting sawdust in a car transmission. poor Carson Palmer...i already feel sorry for you, son

Enjoy the ride Bengals fans...I recall his time with the '49ers.

Your local sportswriters will have a lot to write about.

He caught 55 passes last season. He will get $2,000,000 this season. If he performs the same as last year, that's $36,363 per catch. Cha-ching!

I'm happy for the Buffalo Bills.

Never could figure out that deal. Some players, bless their egotistical little hearts, are never gonna function well in a small market like Buflo.

Isn't there a "Best Before" date on Owens? He seems to be like the jug of milk that you aren't sure of. You give it a sniff, it seems okay. But then, when it's on your cereal, you realize that it's gone off.
Too many teams are willing to give Owens a sniff, but then they end up with indigestion and the city is left with a bad taste in its mouth.

It's a shame that someone who's such an incredible athlete with so much talent has to be such a major D bag.
This guy could have & should have really been a hall of famer. But his attitude has always made him an underachiever. Even when things were going well for him he always seemed to be more interested in his celebration dance than in actually making the play first.
He would have had so much more to celebrate if he only had a brain.
And even now, if he was to get his head out of his @$$ he has the ability to carry a team to a successful season. But my guess is that it'll end up being more of the same because that seems to be all he knows.
I can just imagine the sideshow that's going to be the Bengals this season with the collection of nitwits, knuckleheads & criminals on that team.
"Poor Carson Palmer", is right.

Yup, ocho-uno will destroy another team this season just like he did last year and the year before that etc...

Maybe we'll get to see him cry again this year! (fingers crossed )

We'll see him play the Ravens twice this year. I'm sure Ray Lewis will have a big AFC North welcome for him.

Players such as Ray Lewis are why Owens likes the long ball. Cornerbacks aren't nearly as nasty as Ray. When did you last see Owens run a short route across the middle?

Well said! IMO, he's a head case and a cancer in the locker room. There's a reason that his stays with any given team are short-term.

Who could forget Chad Ochocinco's dance when he put on the white hall of fame robe after a TD? The Bengals definitely need a replacement for Chris Henry. He will be missed. Just hope that T.O. is up for the job.

Up here in Bills country the writing on the wall is already not good.

Tee Owe...........
Oh NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, that goes to show there's no collusion in The NFL.
Just goes to show that all the talent in the world is useless without a brain to go with it.
