Still trying to figure out how to...

...upload a pic of my amp that is in the Garage Sale classifieds. I understand it has to be 55kb. My question is how do I "shrink" it down from 2.26 mb to that? I've compressed the file (figured out how to do that) but I simply cannot find on my computer how to decrease the picture size so that it can be uploaded. I'm running Windows XP. Can anyone help? :?

I use a very simple tool called IrfanView to resize pictures. You can download it at http://www.irfanview.com

Roel,

Thanks. But I downloaded Irfanview and I still can't get the pic to upload showing the entire amp. I've reduced the pic size to 20% and all I get is a corner of the amp in the pic. I've tried every possible way to edit the pic to show the whole amp, to no avail.
I've tried to upload the pic the way Paul suggests and all I get is..."cannot find server". Must be a glitch in my system. I give up. I'm worn out from trying. I'll just email pics if someone wants them. :?
