They did blink when Paul first switched over to this software. He made the switch later. You guys were just too late to see it. Something to be said about being the early bird, I suppose.

J-man!
TF's right - you really are mad, but hey in for a penny in for a pound.
Phillip Anderton Wants: a Classic Series '60s Stratocaster in Shell Pink. A Vintage White AM Telecaster and a 2004 LP Standard in Desert Burst. Those three added to my collection would probably ease the GAS pangs forever? (Naw, then I'd start wanting better amps.) |

CHAPTER ONE
Easing into the soft, black leather chair, Nigel struck a safety match and deftly put it to his briar. The tobacco crackled and popped as tendrils of butter rum-scented smoke poured over the bowl, entwining around each other. Evening thrushes quickly flew past the window, peppering the oak paneling in the den with come-and-go shadows. The grandfather clock in the gloomy corner tick-tocked with the steady, eerie beat of a mechanical heart. Nigel's faithful Irish wolfhound, Hondo, lay on the sissel rug before the fire, shamelessly breaking wind with all of the might and regularity of a Bavarian zug lokomotive. "See here, fellow..." Nigel softly snapped. "I won't have you fouling my den with the scent of..of...flaming tires." Hondo rolled his plebian eyes upward to his master; Nigel stared down his patrician nose at Hondo. Seconds passed. Hondo sighed and stared back into the hypnotic blaze in the fireplace. Nigel resumed reading his Kensington-Smythe Sportsman's Quarterly, peering through his half-glasses like an Eton prefect. The clock ticked. The fire crackled. Suddenly, out of the relative stillness, Hondo hitched a strain, and broke the placidity with a loud, Maxim gun-stacatto flatus--a burst lasting well over fifteen seconds, and fading to its coda with a screaming-hissing glissando up the musical scale. Nigel smacked the wolfhound with his periodical. "You common git! I'll have no more of it!" Hondo brushed his master's wallop aside as it were little more than a fly. A quiet rap fell upon the den door. "Yes, my dear?" Nigel asked. "Are you well, dear?" Harriett half-ruefully inquired. "I keep hearing the strangest noises coming from in here." "It's Hondo. He has the infernal gusts. You must tell the servants to quit feeding him porkpies and pasties. His bowels protest; so should we!" Nigel lazily retorted. "All right, dear," Harriett replied. Nigel looked down again at the cream-colored behemoth. "You ill-mannered devil. One could catch your nefarious gas and paint it green." Hondo sighed and quickly fell asleep before the warm glow of the fire. |

Ok, I'm game.
Gregory Scott Harper If I could own any guitar in the world, it would be Dickie Betts '57 Goldtop, "Goldie". Before I die, I must lay my grubby paws on the guitar that layed the solo on "Blue Sky". Jake
