The Ultimate Breakfast Cereal/ Saturday Morning Cartoon Combos!

Here are my top three;

1) Fruity Pebbles and the Superfriends.
2) Captain Crunch and Scooby - Doo ( not with that little crapball Scrappy )
3) Golden Grahams and Looney Toons

FYI - I still have all three of these cereals in our house and we have no kids.

Count Chocula and whatever cartoons were on in the 80s. Hell, I'll take Count Chocula with anything.

Cool was created by Bob Kane (same guy that gave us Batman)

sounds like maybe a Telecaster in that theme song. it'd be a great tune to cover!

Lucky Charms and SpongeBob SquarePants.

(...umm, wait...did you actually mean in the past, not the present?)

You know, even at age 41, I live to watch SpongeBob on Saturday mornings--preferably with a bowl of Lucky Charms (a weekend treat only, mind you); in fact, I can't foresee a time when I won't enjoy watching a good Saturday morning cartoon while eating Lucky Charms. Seriously. Yet, I don't think my dad would've been caught dead watching a Saturday morning cartoon and eating a kiddie cereal at age 41.

I often wonder why? Generational difference? Individual preference? He grew up and I never will? What?

Joel

I found some here in Ohio about a year or so back, at a local store called Anderson's. It was just as I remember it!
