Unbelievable. I'm happy for you, Jake. I really am. But, what has happened to the Steelers? I didn't get the game on TV tonight, but I've been checking the score now and then on the internet. The Cheifs? Raiders? The Browns?
Okay, I'm done being happy for you.

That was a fun game to watch, at least as a Brown's fan. Reminded me of Browns-Steelers game of the past.
Pittsburgh has a lot of issues, Offensive Line, Running Back, Special Teams, Defensive Backfield and I think when it's all over Steelers fans will be wishing that they kept Whisenhunt as the head coach.

This was fun night, and a nail biter at times. I am a life-long Green Bay fan, but living in C-town for nearly a dozen years now, and being married to a girl for longer than that who was born and raised here, and is a die hard Browns fan, this was big. I have become very fond of my Brownies, even when they lose. Cleveland has become a home town of sorts for me, I've been here so long. Even though I would never turn my back on my beloved Packers, the Browns are very near and dear to my heart, and it was very cool to see them pull this out against the Steelers. It's really good for this city too. Man we needed this so much.
I actually went out into the driveway, and popped two middle digits eastward when the clock ran out. I'm thinking about taking a ride to downtown to survey the mayhem. The bars have got to be a riot zone right now.

I forgot there was a Thursday night game so I tuned in after it was over.
I'm happy for Eric Mangini. He took the hit for Brett Farve last season. He's a good coach but he's kind of old school and doesn't fool around. |

I'm a 10-year transplant in NEOH, too. Thought when Modell moved the Browns to Baltimore it was one of the great travesties of modern sports. My kid sister has season tickets to Pgh. Reckon I need to give the kid a call. Hehhehheh.

Good to see Cleveland win last nite. I can only imagine what its like when the Browns beat the Steelers in a game that really matters. And I don't mean that to be sarcastic or disrespectful. I always admired the history of their franchise and the passion of their fans. I remember liking them as a kid in the 80's with Kosar and always rooting for them to beat Denver. Liked their ancient stadium and plain uniforms for some reason. As a Philly fan I can relate to their suffering. Hope they can turn it around in the next few years.

Don't put me into the "fan" group, please....I find football boring and all the idol/hero worship in this area is sickening. These are observations on his behavior and comments, pure profiling so to speak... |

The coach can't get out there and do the player's jobs. It's all "execution".
The players need to get thier heads outta thier "you-know-whats" and perform. It seems like the Steelers are turning against each other. They were jumping on the QB cause he took time off cause of his concussion- which is the smart thing to do. It's OK with me cause it makes the Jets chances of getting into the playoffs that much better. |
