Cool shirt thread...

Well we have threads about most everything else these days, so how about those "cool as all hell" guitar shirts? IPLAYLOUD put forth the idea and I thought what the heck...let's see 'em folks. (Rayban shades are optional)

When I lived in Dallas there were a few vintage clothing shops it was mostly women's stuff but they always had a few handmade western shirts from the 40's/50's for 15.00/20.00 bucks a piece.

The coolest shirts ever made and I collected them obsessively. My second ex-wife got mad one day put them all in a pile and poured bleach on them.

It was a crime against humanity... that beach...

There aint a meaner woman in the world than a Second exwife. I usually say I'll trade my second for yours but i'd have to think about this one

You can't beat an old Nudie shirt for cool factor.

Nothing beats a Nudie shirt!

However, I have several hundred ties going back to the 20s. I just don't wear them. There's some neat stuff amongst the pack.

This thread reminds me of an old flea market that used to exist around these parts. It had lots of old used clothing for sale...shirts...pants...SOCKS...UNDERGARMENTS...

Hm. Reminds me of a Rockmount. Tried Googling Nudie (have heard of him), couldn't find much. Suits, tee-shirts, mugs, CDs, but no cowboy shirts.

Too bad we're not talking about boots. Would've steered you all here:

No pix to share, sorry. Can't figure out how to post 'em here, anyway. (Some forums, you just click and drag. No such luck here.) Have a bunch of Hawaiians and a few cowboy. And a pile of black cotton tees (plain, no art). And button-downs. And chamois. And henleys.

I'm a Naturist. 24x7x365.
Consequently I'm banned form using Public transport, and a numbrer of bars in my town.
The only reason I have a Tele is to hide my 'thaang' in public.
I actually dont play guitar, but the Tele just came in handy.
I wish I needed a Dano Longhorn, or a Gretch .. but ..

I dont have any shirts.

Dear John.
While you were busy out at night, losing 20lbs , I formed a close relationship with your Guitar.
I'm sorry.

Your Shirt.

That's the only bad thing about a fitted shirt it can easily become
a don't fit-no-mo shirt...

I don't wanna see the "relicing" on the back of your guitar...

(And I thought belt buckle rash was bad)
