And that's just with a fake beard. Imagine how good he'd be with a real beard!!

Actually the tone he's getting in that clip really doesn't sound so good to me. It sounds a bit 'fizzy' like there's too much distortion pedal and not enough overdriven amp.

Warren's tone

Warren generally only uses amp distortion, very rarely does he step on a boost. His tone sounds like he sounds, to me. It is a bit fizzy, as are a lot of guitar tones coming out of the south these days with all the custom hot-rod marshall style amps these guys are using. IMO, of course.

Too bad that it's not the full clip, when the Reverent takes the stage he's looking flabbergasted at the whole band with beards. Checks them all out, motions to them to stop the music and goes "Just when you thought you'd seen it all."

I doubt it. I was just reading on the Gibson site a couple of days ago that he only uses Pearly in the studio and won't take it out anymore. However, Gibson now has a Billy Gibbons 'Pearly Gates' model that only costs just over $15,000. It's a bargain compared to the real thing I guess!! I believe that's what Billy plays out with nowadays.
