Biggest genre jump in your iTunes...
If you sort by artist, who are alphabetically next to each other, but represent totally different styles/vibes, etc.
I would have to say mine would be Ratt to Ravi Shankar

alphabatizing by first name lends itself to some funny ones.
i don't have iTunes here at work, but I'm pretty sure mine is gonna be Slam Stewart to Slayer.

Robert "Squeeze my Lemon till the juice runs down my leg" Plant to Alison "Baby, now that I've found you" Krauss. Oh wait, they're on the same line.
Still wierds me out that those two ever performed together. |

Band of Horses to Barry White, Beastie Boys to The Beatles or Dr. Dre to Drive-by Truckers
EDIT: Norah Jones to Notorious B.I.G. is the biggest gap...both by genre and in the looks department...

When you have a ton of music and your only real interests are country, rock and roll, and hip hop, you have a ton of these.
Bruce Springsteen to Bubba Sparxxx to Buddy Holly Killer Mike to King of the Hill theme Jay-Z to Jayhawks Leo Kottke to Lil Wayne to Little Richard Old 97's to Outkast to Patti Smith Tom Waits to UGK You get the point. "Shuffle" is useless for me.
