Merle Haggard's 1967 - The Lonesome Fugitive

I recently got this recording due to a reccomendation of another thread here about great chicken pickin' recordings. http://www.tdpri.com/forum/bad-dog-c...trumental.html
It is great. James Burton pickin all over the place.

While listening to it, I could swear on two songs Either Buck Owens or Don Rich are singing harmony. Track 6 "Drink Up and Be Somebody" and Track 12 "Mixed Up Mess of a Heart"
I checked several sources online and they are not listed, Bonnie is. Can anyone shed some light?

Here is a link to the wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I'm_a_Lonesome_Fugitive
