I don't know how many are familiar with David Torn. But, he's always been an inspiration to me. Truly some one who does things their own way.

Yes...enjoying this a lot. Players like Torn and Beck is the reason i use a full floating trem as well...and some sage advice I noticed on one clip about concentrating on what someone likes about music than being just great at a particular idiom...or something like that.

Not sure why it was moved from the theory section, but glad I found it...thanks

Yeah, I thought it fit there too!

I remember DT doing the oddest version of "VooDoo Chile" quite a few years ago. And he was playing with all sorts of Loops and Samples.

Just seemed like someone on a different path.

I've been hooked ever since!

Splattercell is another of his projects to check out.

Anyway, I find DT very inspirational.
