this sunday the giants play the eagles in philly.

four hours later the phillies play the yankees just across the parking lot. people will go back to tailgating for those 4 hours.

tailgating usually starts around 10am, so does the drinking.

tens of thousands of gallons of beer and liquor will be consumed.

philly fans hate new york fans.

new york fans hate philly fans.

there will be bus loads of both.

it's halloween weekend. people will be wearing masks.

they are still called "The New York Football Giants".

btw it's great to remind Giants fans that their team is actually in New Jersey.

Well i guess Jimmy Hoffa will miss that game since he has Season Tickets at the New Jersey Stadium and does not travel anymore.

Actually, they had a whole courtroom set up in the the old Vet. However, I don't think that there's anything like that in the new stadium.

Anyway, I should be safe sitting on my couch 25 miles from the stadium. But I'm going to make sure the doors are locked just in case.

I wouldn't be surprised if the police require as many lots as they can to be cleared after the Eagles game.

I remember when Ed Koch who was then Mayor of New York, called them the Moonachie Giants. I gather that's the town in Jersey where the stadium is both the new and the old versions.
